We promote relaxation at our spa- please come in comfortable clothing if you wish.
We do ask that you remove shoes before entering our treatment rooms and will provide slippers for all of our guests.
We suggest calling ahead to reserve your appointment.
We may require a credit card to hold appointments.
Our spa is set up to accommodate small groups with advance notice.
Our Spa is a relaxing environment for adults; please make arrangements for childcare as we are unable to accommodate them during any treatment.
It is our policy that we do not do any massages on women in the first trimester of pregnancy.
Late arrival will result in shortened appointment time. You will still be responsible for cost of full service.
We ask all new clients, as well as clients who have not visited our spa in over 2 years to fill out a health history consent form. Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time for this.
We also ask that you silence any electronic devices before entering our spa in order to not disrupt other services.
To avoid paying a cancellation fee, please give advance notice of 24 hours.
No Shows for appointments without notice will result in cancellation fee or loss of gift certificates.
-Gift Certificates are available for purchase at our spa or over the phone.
-In compliance with NY state regulation our gift certificates are valid for five years from date of purchase.
-Gift Certificates purchased for specific services, packages, or seasonal specials are valid for one year, after one year the gift card may be only used for its original dollar value.
-Gift Certificates for packages must be used by the same person. Packages must be completely used at time of appointment, or remainder of gift card may be used for dollar value.
-Please mention your gift certificate at time of booking and gift certificate must be present at time of service.
-Gift Certificates are non-refundable – You may not purchase a gift certificate with a gift certificate.
